Every effort is made to create a warm and homely environment in all our accommodation.
Initial referrals are primarily targeted at individuals who require some level of supported living accommodation and care and support services.
Who we are
New Era Home Limited. We currently offer a good Semi-Independent Living placement to 16+ – 25year young clients.
We hope your organisation will refer your young persons, to our establishment.
We are a fully furnished, adequately staffed, and well-managed provision, situated in the Romford area. Our Provision is managed by a well-trained, highly experienced staff team, who are on site 24 hours a day. The staff team are available on-site from 9am – 5pm, with 1 staff on site responding to emergencies, during our out-of-hours “Sleep-over” service.
We provide an enabling home environment for our young, vulnerable clients. Our Provision is continually risk assessed and monitored by 24-hour CCTV security system.
New Era Home Limited is a secure 5-bedroom accommodation, with single occupier rooms, each fully furnished with the following items: single bed, wardrobe, dressing table with drawer, mirror, and a bedside stool. Each of our rooms also comes with a flat-screen television, a mini-fridge and 24-hour WIFI access. Our communal kitchen with breakfast bar cum lounge area is spacious, and fitted with relevant state of the art ‘white goods’ including: a communal cooker, a fridge-freezer, a dish washer, storage cupboards with locks (1 per young person), and a brand-new lounge sofa. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer equipment. Our Provision is designed to support each of our young clients so that they feel safe, healthy and motivated, in a bid to acquire the necessary life skills needed to support a safe transition into adulthood.
All New Era Home Limited members of staff are DBS checked and highly qualified to provide a person-centered approach to care and support for our young vulnerable clients. Each young person will be allocated a named Key Worker, who will work closely with them through the promotion of active participation and involvement, in a personalised key-working process.
This ensures each of our young clients’ identified support needs, are continually met.
